Spend the day in the kitchen with Italian chefs Gabriele Franco & Silvana Franze, learning to make two classics from scratch: pillowy ricotta gnocchi with Gorgonzola and traditional potato gnocchi with Napoletana sauce. It's hands-on, relaxed and plenty of fun.
You'll start with antipasto plates and a welcome glass of wine, roll your own gnocchi alongside the chefs, then sit down to enjoy what you made — all to a soundtrack of Italian music in the heart of Sydney's original Little Italy.
