These terms govern your use of labottedoro.com.au and any service or purchase made through this website. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

1. About us

La Botte D'Oro is a restaurant located at 137 Marion Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040. The site is operated by La Botte D'Oro Pty Ltd. Contact: info@labottedoro.com.au · (02) 9560 1349.

2. Use of the website

The site and its content (text, images, photographs, logo, recipes, design) are owned by La Botte D'Oro or its licensors and provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, scrape, or use the content commercially without our written permission.

3. Bookings

Table reservations are handled by our partner OpenTable. By clicking "Book a Table" you'll be taken to OpenTable's site, which has its own terms and privacy policy. La Botte D'Oro reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation in exceptional circumstances and will contact you to reschedule.

4. Function and private dining enquiries

Submitting a function enquiry is not a confirmed booking. We will reply to discuss details. A booking is only confirmed once we send you a written confirmation and receive any required deposit.

5. Gift cards

• Gift cards purchased through this site are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law (effective 1 November 2019).
• No fees apply after purchase (no activation, dormancy or maintenance fees).
• Each card has a unique code. Treat the code like cash — we cannot replace lost or stolen codes.
• Cards are redeemable for food and beverages dined-in at La Botte D'Oro, 137 Marion St, Leichhardt. Not redeemable for cash.
• Partial redemption is supported: any unused balance remains on the card until expiry.
• Cards are not refundable once issued, except where required by law.
• Bank transfer purchases are issued only after we confirm receipt of payment (typically the next business day). If payment is not received within 14 days the order is cancelled.

6. Pricing and payments

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Credit card payments are processed by Stripe. A small card-processing fee may be added at checkout to cover the merchant fees we incur — this is disclosed before you confirm payment. You can avoid the fee by paying via bank transfer.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Botte D'Oro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Allergens and dietary requirements

We take dietary needs seriously. Please tell us about allergies or intolerances at the time of booking and again on arrival. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment in our kitchen.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be heard in NSW courts.
